Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders, making everyday dressing even easier.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹150 COD charge is applicable. This fee helps us manage handling and logistics for COD shipments.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

• A flat international shipping charge of ₹3,000 will be added automatically at checkout.
• This amount covers international courier handling and logistics.

Please note that delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on your country’s customs clearance process.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges as per your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Important points to keep in mind:

• We strongly recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an international order.
• Once an international order has been shipped, cancellations or returns are not possible.
• If customs charges are unpaid or the order is refused, RIVA will not be responsible for refunds or exchanges.

Dispatch Timelines

Each RIVA piece is thoughtfully made and quality-checked before dispatch.

• Standard dispatch timeline: 10–12 working days for both domestic and international orders.
• This timeline does not include transit time, which varies based on location and courier service.
