At RIVA, we aim to make your shopping experience easy and stress-free. While every piece is thoughtfully made, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be needed. Our policy is designed to keep the process clear, simple, and hassle-free.

We want you to feel happy and comfortable in what you wear. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

  • Exchange requests can be raised within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are available for size or style, subject to stock availability.
  • You may select another product of equal or higher value.
  • To ensure quality for all our customers, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Please note: Items that are altered, customised, purchased during sales, or bought at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange.


Returns & Store Credit

As our pieces are thoughtfully made for everyday comfort, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we’re always happy to support you with a store credit, so you can choose something you’ll truly love.

  • Store credits are valid for 3 months
  • Redeemable only on the RIVA website
  • Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further exchange or return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Once the item is received and reviewed, our team will assist you with the best possible solution, which may include:

  • A repair or replacement, or
  • A store credit if a replacement isn’t available

International Orders

Due to shipping and customs regulations, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
